There were about 20 bucket trucks and nearly 100 men from Stergeon Electric Company and Cox Cable who arrived at Winterhaven early Saturday morning to help residents there decorate hundreds of trees in preparation for the annual Festival of Lights. 

This will be the 63rd year for the Christmas event, which is expected to draw thousands of visitors starting this weekend.  December 15 is the official start date of the Winterhaven Festival of Lights.
