The City of Sierra Vista obtained Federal Funding for the road construction along Seventh Street and Wilcox Drive that is currently under construction.

Both roadways have received a new asphalt

Fire restrictions announced for BLM in western AZ

More than 2.5 million acres of the Colorado River District of the Bureau of Land Management has been placed under fire restrictions.  This is done in order to protect the public, natural resources, and reduce the risks of wildfires.  The restriction applies to land in western Arizona and southeastern California along the Colorado River.

These restrictions will become effective
