The City of Sierra Vista will not able to accept credit card payments or online payments at www.SierraVistaAZ.gov between November 27 and December 9 while data is being converted to a new financial software system.
Checks and money orders will be accepted by mail, in person, or placed in the payment drop box outside City Hall, 1011 N. Coronado Drive.
Now in the final stages of transition, the City has been running the new software, Munis, since June, testing alongside the current system to ensure a smooth transition with little or no impact to resident and City service customers.
“We apologize for this temporary inconvenience,” says David Felix, City’s finance manager. “The new software will increase the City’s online presence by offering more features and access to view and pay other City bills online.”
