The Pick reaches highest jackpot ever at $6.3 million | Events
Arizona’s own jackpot game, The Pick, has climbed to $6.3 million for this Saturday night’s draw. It will be the game’s largest jackpot since March 2012.
“It is thrilling to watch The Pick jackpot climb, since it is Arizona’s own jackpot game,” said Karen Bach, director of budget, products, and communications for the Arizona Lottery, in a recent news release. “It’s exciting to know that the winning ticket can only be sold in Arizona.”
Since the jackpot started rolling Nov. 4, 2012, there have been more than 7.1 million in prizes awarded in Arizona. Last week alone in Arizona, there were more than 23,000 winners of The Pick.
To play The Pick, a player chooses six numbers (from 1 to 44), at a $1 per ticket. Players win a prize for matching a minimum of three numbers. All ticket sales stop at 9:30 p.m. on the night of the draw. Anyone who plays can check the winning numbers by going online to www.ArizonaLottery.com.
Arizona Lottery players must be 21 years or older to purchase or redeem tickets.
