Sandhill Cranes featured in Discovery Channel series 'North America'

About a year and half ago a Discovery Channel film crew, who had filmed much of PLANET EARTH, stayed at Dos Cabezas Spirit and Nature Retreat B & B for two weeks to film the Sandhill Cranes for an epic new series, called ‘North America’.

The world premiere of ‘North America’ is Sunday, May 19 on The Discovery Channel. This new series is being hailed as “epic” and “jaw-dropping.”

When viewing the trailer, the Sandhill Cranes are about three-quarters of the way through the trailer (at 1:30), a couple of frames after the dolphins, with a great shot of the Dos Cabezas Mountains in the background and an overlay of the words ‘5 Years in the Making.’
