SVPD arrest suspect for sexual misconduct with a minor | Crime

Sierra Vista Police arrested a 21-year-old man on Sunday and booked him into the Cochise County jail on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. 

According to police reports, a juvenile came into the station to report she had been assaulted by a 21-year-old man, identified by police as Shane Moore.  The report also said the juvenile had met Moore six months prior to the assault, and that he told her he was only 17.  During the course of the investigation, officers determined Moore had committed the misconduct at least twice.
