SVPD's new Citizen Assisted Location List aka The “CALL” | Crime
The Sierra Vista Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating individuals featured on their new “CALL” list. People featured on the list have active warrants generated by Sierra Vista Police cases and are believed to still be in the area. The “CALL” is a simple way for residents to assist the Police Department.
“Our residents have always been helpful in providing assistance and in keeping our community safe. The “CALL” list is another way that we would like to engage our residents,” said Ken Kimmel, Police Chief.
“If citizens have information to help us or know where any of these individuals may be, we ask that they call or email the Police Department. It’s important that our citizens remember that they should not try to approach or apprehend anyone on the “CALL” list themselves, ” remarked Officer Corporal Scott Borgstadt, Public Information Officer for the Police Department. “We appreciate any information that our residents can provide and will keep identities confidential.”
Residents can view the “CALL” list and submit anonymous tips on the City website at www.SierraVistaAZ.gov/CALL. All tips will be kept confidential.
For more information, call the Sierra Vista Police at 452-7500.
