Rosemont Copper CEO Rod Pace is now admitting the company did not disclose a corporate bankruptcy of two of its key officials to Arizona authorities. Pace acknowledged that Rosemont’s parent company, Vancouver-based Augusta Resource Corporation, reported to Canadian regulators that two of its top officers had been involved in a corporate bankruptcy. He claimed, however, that Rosemont is not required to make those disclosures in Arizona.

2012 Home and Garden Show Sierra Vista

Large crowds visited the 15th annual Southeastern Arizona Contractors Association’s Home and Garden Show last Friday and Saturday at Buena High School in Sierra Vista.

The Home and Garden Show presented by the Sierra Vista Area Chamber showcases contractors and businesses from throughout Cochise County and the surrounding area. Exhibitors featured everything from gas grills to floor coverings to steak knives. Live demonstrations included, rain water harvesting, spring gardening and do it yourself projects.
